DETAIL PROGRAM:

DAY 1: HANOI ARRIVAL AND OLD QUARTER WELCOME

Welcome to Vietnam! Upon arrival at Noi Bai International Airport (HAN), your private driver will greet you and transfer you to your hotel in the central Hanoi Old Quarter. Check-in and relax after your flight. The rest of the day is free for you to explore the charming 36 streets, Hoan Kiem Lake, and enjoy your first taste of authentic Vietnamese street food. DAY 2: HANOI CULTURAL DISCOVERY (B, L)

After breakfast, embark on a full-day guided tour of Hanoi’s most revered sites. Start at the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Complex (viewed from outside) and the serene House on Stilts. Continue to the Temple of Literature (Van Mieu), Vietnam's first national university. Enjoy lunch at a carefully selected local restaurant. In the afternoon, you may visit the Museum of Ethnology (or Women's Museum on Mondays) or the historic Hoa Lo Prison, followed by a fascinating walking tour or cycle rickshaw ride through the bustling Old Quarter. DAY 3: HOA LU & TRANG AN – UNESCO HERITAGE DAY TRIP (B, L)

An early start takes you south to Ninh Binh province. Your first stop is Hoa Lu, the historic capital, where you visit the ancient temples dedicated to the first Emperors, Dinh and Le. After lunch featuring local specialties, you will visit the majestic Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex (a UNESCO Mixed Heritage Site). Board a traditional sampan boat and glide through the stunning network of caves, rice fields, and towering karst mountains. In the late afternoon, you will be transferred back to Hanoi. Overnight in Hanoi.

DAY 4: HANOI → HALONG BAY OVERNIGHT CRUISE (B, L, D)

After breakfast, transfer via shuttle bus or private car to Halong Bay (approx. 3.5 hours). Upon arrival, board your luxury cruise ship. Enjoy a welcome drink and a gourmet seafood lunch as the ship sails into the magnificent UNESCO World Heritage Site. The afternoon is dedicated to exploring: you will visit a dazzling limestone cave and enjoy kayaking or bamboo rafting through tranquil lagoons. Conclude the day with a spectacular sunset viewing, followed by dinner and evening activities (squid fishing, cooking class) on board. Overnight on the Halong Bay Cruise.

DAY 5: HALONG BAY → HANOI DEPARTURE (B, BRUNCH)

Start your final morning with a Tai Chi session on the sundeck as the sun rises over the Bay. Enjoy a light breakfast. The cruise continues to explore scenic spots, perhaps visiting a hidden beach or an island viewpoint. A generous Brunch will be served on board as the ship slowly cruises back to the harbor. Disembark around noon. The cruise shuttle will transfer you directly back to Hanoi. You will be dropped off at Noi Bai International Airport (HAN) for your departure flight.
